Wilson`s Bittersweet Barn welcomes you to join us for a fun day of “Wedding Meet and Greet with Bittersweet” which will feature highly-touted wedding vendors and local entertainment. We have hand-selected vendors for you, that have the same high standards of professionalism we demand at Wilson`s Bittersweet Barn. Enjoy our laid-back approach of visiting with our wedding vendors. We will have different areas of the barn set up with various wedding themes and decor. If floral displays are what catches your eye, you don’t want to miss this event!
Make an appearance to see that one vendor needed to complete your special day, or stay for the day and meet all the vendors and see everything we have to offer. Don`t forget to bring along your favorite lawn chair and listen to our very own, Nashville recording artist Austin Rife. Seating will be available by our spacious fire pit for you to sit and enjoy the local music while indulging in a s’more or toasted marshmallow. If you are feeling energetic and want to test out our dance floor, you can strut your stuff while listening to our live DJ’s.

When you arrive on the day of the event, you will receive a handbag to help you navigate your day.
Booklet of all vendors who are in attendance, with his/her picture and short bio of their business.
Card with specific info on where your selected vendors are located and booth number.
Your name will only be shared with the vendors you have selected.
Tokens for free adult drinks include but are not limited to:

Signature adult Drinks from Wilson`s Bittersweet Barn
Popcorn, water, coffee, soda, and other refreshments will also be available
Vendor: Each vendor is required to offer a show special to each couple who books with the vendor as a result of the show on 5/8/2022.
You will have 30 days from the date of the event (5/8/2022) to book vendor(s) and receive the show special. It will be at each vendor(s) discretion whether to honor show special after 30 days.
Raffle: We will attempt 2 raffle drawings, weather permitting. Tim Ruth with New Chester Draft Horse co. will offer 2 free Horse and Carriage rides. Must be present to win. Raffle reserved for future brides and grooms. Photo opportunities for both winners.
1st drawing - 12:00 pm
2nd drawing - 1:30 pm
Mothers of the Bride and Groom will receive a corsage and other offers throughout the property.
Flower Bar: Try your hand at making your own flower arrangement.
Photographers: All wedding couples who have registered for “Wedding Meet and Greet with Bittersweet” will have a complimentary couples photo with their significant other at the time of check-in. Pictures will be taken on the day of the event only. (dress accordingly). Compliments of Cindie Leer Photography.
No pets please! Indoor restrooms. Side-by-side ATV to assist elderly or disabled.
